Which methods of payment do you accept?

Why did my payment fail to go through?

There are be a number of reasons an order may fail to process. First, please confirm that you have entered the correct street address, zip code, and CSC/CVV in your order details and try submitting the order again. If the payment is still being declined, please contact our customer service team for help and have your order number and payment information ready.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they've shipped. However, if your order has not shipped, contact us and we will make the necessary changes.

 

What happens when I request a refund?

Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the card that was used as payment. Please allow up to 5 business days processing time.

 

What do I do if an item I ordered is missing or damaged?

Please contact our customer service team with shipment issues. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the items you ordered. 

 

How do I create a return?

download and fill out a Customer Return Goods Authorization Request form on our Returns page and email it to websales@iqrefinish.com. We'll take care of the rest!

 

I use a specific product that is not available on the website. Can you add it to the product offering?
