There are be a number of reasons an order may fail to process. First, please confirm that you have entered the correct street address, zip code, and CSC/CVV in your order details and try submitting the order again. If the payment is still being declined, please contact our customer service team for help and have your order number and payment information ready.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they've shipped. However, if your order has not shipped, contact us and we will make the necessary changes.
Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the card that was used as payment. Please allow up to 5 business days processing time.
